Catalyst Champion Nomination

Catalyst annually recognizes Champions who value and accelerate workplace inclusion for women across their intersecting identities. Champions are exceptional role models: they inspire other corporate leaders by intentionally and strategically creating inclusive workplaces where all individuals can thrive.

Catalyst Honours recognizes individuals across these three categories:

Business Leader

is an individual in a senior leadership role who has made a significant impact on advancing inclusion across their organization. This leader sets strategic direction, shapes policy, and is accountable for organizational performance.

  • Eligible nominees include CEOs, presidents, managing partners, or leaders of a business unit, division, practice, or similar.

Culture & Inclusion Leader

is an individual in a people, culture, or talent role who drives strategies, policies, and programs that strengthen inclusion, belonging, and employee well-being. They have delivered measurable impact across their organization or business unit and may lead teams, projects, or enterprise-wide initiatives focused on talent, culture, engagement, or inclusion.

  • Eligible nominees include Chief People Officers, Human Resources practitioners, Learning and Development leaders, Employee Experience leads, Inclusion professionals, or similar roles.

Next Generation Leader

is an emerging leader who is building their influence and leadership skills while contributing measurable impact through mentorship, advocacy, or organizational change. They have played a key role in at least one initiative, program, or Employee Resource Group and should not yet hold a senior-level role.

  • Eligible nominees include early- to mid-career professionals such as team leads, project managers, ERG leaders or members, or similar.
